Consultations appointments allows the patients to be active in deciding which treatment option is right for them.
When you book an appointment with us that time is reserved for you. If you are unable to keep the appointment please contact our reception staff and provide 24 hours notice so we are able to offer this time to another patient.
We endeavour to see all patients that require emergency treatment on the day. An out of hours number on pour answering service is provided if the practice is closed.
We have an automated SMS service for confirming our appointments. All that is required is to respond with The letter Y. If there isn’t a mobile number our reception staff will be happy to confirm your appointment verbally with you.
